That's what happened when the client showed us the property when it was just purchased. Following a stone path in the midst of grapevines that leads to a farmhouse and one of the best views over Lake Garda. The location is full of a special energy where time seems to stand still, and was there long before me and will be long after me - a thrilling thought. I've looked everywhere for harmony between recollection and modernity. The renovation took almost ten years and involved a thorough search for materials to reveal the beauty of the stone walls, stripped of any plaster. Full system automation gives the whole farmhouse a cutting-edge feel.
